Adrian is a 20 year Community Solutions Leader, nonprofit leader, entrepreneur, and mentor. He specializes in providing technical assistance, Program development, Staff development, Leadership development, advocacy, education and guidance to communities and nonprofits. He has a heart to serve and has the unique ability to engage and meet people where they are at and grow their ideas, programs, and agencies from thought to execution.
Chanell graduated with a Masters of Arts in Counseling from Houston Baptist University. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion to work collaboratively with clients to address issues that are currently interfering with daily life. She works to create a safe and supportive environment that allows for more strength and clarity for clients to move toward meaningful life goals as well as help each person to be the best version of themselves.
Chanell has experience with a variety of issues including supporting clients in the LBGTQ community, behavioral issues, communication, life transitions, anger management, anxiety, mood disorders, maternal mental health and post traumatic stress. Chanell’s therapeutic approach comes from the following: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She is currently working with adults,adolescents and groups to tailor treatment plans to meet the needs of each individual client.``
Jessica Earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism from the University of Central Florida in 2006, Jessica’s diverse background in hospitality, tourism, business management, and philanthropy has given her a solid foundation to develop and grow nonprofits.
Currently, Jessica serves families in multiple states, families transferring states, and school districts. In addition, she is active in providing training for corporations and their employees. She presents to organizations and groups by providing information, resources, and assistance for communities to access various services for their child(ren) and family.
Always putting families first, Jessica and the H of H team insist that YOU are the expert on YOUR needs. Through collaboration, coordination, and communication, our mission is to serve the community and families with a whole-family approach to care.
Veronica earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Science and Disorders From the University of Central Florida in 2007. In August 2012, she completed her Masters of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders and completed her national boards which certified her as a Speech and Language Pathologist. Throughout her career, Veronica has treated and counseled families of veterans, seniors, adults, and children with various acquired, inherited, and developmental disorders.
After graduation, Veronica went on to become a school-based Speech Language Pathologist serving in a disadvantaged Title 1 school specializing in children with Autism. Currently, she serves families nationwide as they navigate the unexpected whirlwind after receiving a diagnosis or exceptionality. Veronica’s primary focus is to provide family support in the areas of advocacy, parent education, mentoring, and creating community support groups. Veronica’s personal and professional experience is imperative to Head of Household Consulting and Collaborative Corner for Exceptional Children in developing partnerships and relationships that support children and families to navigate their journey in and out of the exceptional needs community.
